Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
As our Demand and Supply Planner, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain and Operations, your role will involve:
Developing accurate demand forecasts using sales data and market information.
Purchasing stock and supplies in line with SOPs to support on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery.
Building effective supplier relationships, monitoring deliveries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintaining product pricing and ensuring the integrity of planning system data through regular audits.
Producing and analysing KPI reports to identify trends, risks and corrective actions.
Monitoring supplier OTIF performance and addressing non‑conformance issues.
Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and improve efficiency.
Supporting wider business projects as required.

This role is suited to an experienced Demand and Supply Planning professional who can quickly contribute to an established and growing business environment.
Applicants should demonstrate:
Strong numeracy skills with graduate level analytical capability.
Proven experience working within a demand and supply planning role in a commercial environment.
Strong experience using an ERP system for planning, forecasting and purchasing activities.
Intermediate Excel capability; including formulas, lookups, PivotTables and conditional formatting.
The ability to produce accurate, insightful reports that support effective planning and informed decision-making.
Highly developed organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Resilience, adaptability and the confidence to respond positively to changing priorities and supply chain challenges.
