Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.50am to 4.20pm

 

Job Description

Your role as our new Warehouse Manager will entail:

  • Providing leadership to our warehouse and workshop team, encouraging adaptable ways of working, creating job satisfaction, team development and long-term success.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows, including the implementation of automation to boost productivity.
  • Taking ownership of health, safety, and environmental standards within the warehouse, ensuring a culture of safe and responsible working practices.
  • Supporting the ongoing enhancement of warehouse systems and ERP integration to improve inventory management.
  • Using performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement across the warehouse function.

Person Specification

  • You will have a people-focused leadership style.
  • A proven track record in evolving warehouse operations through best practices and the use of modern technology
  • Solid experience of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes including ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations, compliance and risk management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in KPI reporting and operational forecasting.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ideally will have warehouse management/related qualifications, formal training in H&S and experience using warehouse equipment.
