Returns Process

  1. Email customerservice@gfa-elektromaten.co.uk or call 01926 452 452 and select Option 3. 
    Make sure you have your PO number or order confirmation number (starting SR) to hand and please ensure this is included in any email correspondence.

  2. We’ll process your enquiry and send you a returns note.

  3. Package up your item and attach the returns note to the outer packaging.

  4. Send to:

  5. Once received, the item will be evaluated and we will process your return accordingly - please refer to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
